Virginia artist Barbara Crawford, has exhibited in over 40 invitational, solo, and juried shows, nationally and internationally. Her work, found in both public and private collections, focuses on the workings of memory in her contemplations of the landscape and urban scenes. She has been Visiting Artist at the American Academy in Rome and a fellow at the Tyrone Guthrie Center for the Arts in Ireland and the Virginia Center for Creative arts. She holds a Master of Fine Arts from Vermont College and a Master of Arts from James Madison University. |
